This $200 non-refundable deposit will secure your 1/8 share in our next scheduled fresh delivery on September 21.
An 1/8 share typically includes T-bones, Rib Fillet, Eye Fillet, Rump, BBQ Steaks, Blade Steaks, Y-Bone, Stir-fry, Diced, Mince, GF Thin Sausages, Corned Silverside or Silverside Roast, Osso Bucco, Soup/Marrow Bones, Dog Bones, Fat to make Tallow.
When we receive the exact dressed weight of the carcass you will be invoiced the remaining balance (less your deposit) for your 1/8 share, which will be payable prior to delivery.
The week of our scheduled delivery we will be in touch to confirm an ETA for the day.
NB. Dressed weight is the weight of the beast after it has been slaughtered, skinned, and had its head, feet, and internal organs removed.
We offer free local delivery between Casino, NSW to the Gold Coast, QLD. If you are outside of this area, please get in touch prior to ordering to confirm your delivery location as a delivery fee may apply.
